Diggy

Diggy Simmons is an American rapper, singer, model, and actor and the fourth child of Joseph ‘Rev Run’ Simmons of Run DMC. A multifaceted talent, Diggy has stepped out of his father’s shadow, taking the music and fashion world by storm and laying the groundwork for a successful career in his own right. Diggy began rapping at an early age and released his first mixtape “The First Fight” in 2009, catching the attention of Atlantic Records and landing a record deal at just 14 years old. In 2011, Diggy was awarded a place on Billboard’s prestigious list of “Artists to Watch” and was selected to be part of XXL’s annual Freshmen list. Diggy released his first album “Unexpected Arrival” to critical acclaim in March, 2012, debuting at #13 on the Billboard top 100. After a 6-year hiatus, Diggy released his second studio album, “Lighten Up,” including the well-received song “Anchors”. Diggy is a season regular on the hit Freeform television series “Grown-ish,” acting alongside costars Yara shahidi, Luka Sabbat. Grown-ish has been renewed for a season 6.
