As the daughter of model/actress Andie MacDowell and former model Paul Qualley - Rainey knew from an early age that she was destined for a life in front of the camera. The New York born and Los Angeles based singer and songwriter topped Vogue’s Songs of 2020 with her breathy, sultry electro-pop single “Oh My God”. She spent the majority of the pandemic releasing a string of fun, catchy singles accompanied by endearingly weird videos, starring the likes of Kaia Gerber, Luka Sabbat and Margaret Qualley, her younger sister. And when Rainey is not in the studio recording music, the piercing blue-eyed stunner has been featured in global campaigns for Bvlgari, Roger Vivier, COACH, DVF and J Brand and is an editorial favorite of major publications; Vogue, Allure, Office, Vanity Fair and Jalouse. In between music and modeling, Rainey has managed to rack up an impressive IMDb roster of film & TV credits. Most recently, Rainey starred in the 2022 horror-thriller Shut In. Somehow in-between all her day jobs, Rainey makes time as an animal advocate, fostering cats and kittens and tasking her influential network of friends to help find purrfect forever homes
